Definition of Personal Data
According to Article 4 GDPR, personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is considered identifiable if they can be identified directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

1. Contact via Email
Description and scope: When you contact us via the provided email address, the personal data transmitted with your email are stored.
In handling your inquiry, we may need to request further information. You are not obliged to provide such information, but withholding it may make it difficult or impossible to process your request.
Depending on the subject matter, your personal data may need to be forwarded to other departments within the state administration or to federal or municipal authorities.

5. Data Transmission Security
Data transmission over open networks such as the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure. Therefore, please do not send confidential data without adequate protection.
All website forms that collect personal data are encrypted via TLS 1.2.
